Notice regarding players without valid SN to apply 1.05 patch(es)

Hello.
As you may know, the 1.05 patch(es) for AJE (and DLCs), BOR and HAN require that you input a valid SN (serial number). Some players are having difficulties, because their SN are not recognized.
The solutions are:
1. If you have bought from Ageod, (including a pre-order, that was entitled to a free "Spartacus" DLC, or the Praetor or Proconsul versions), or from Matrix/Slitherine and have problems with your valid SN, or have lost it, you should contact directly Matrix/Slitherine helpdesk (support@slitherine.co.uk). They should provide you with a solution.
2. There are some versions of AJE (and Spartacus and Cantabrian DLCs) that were not sold directly by Ageod. These include games sold by Paradox as retail editions and on Gamersgate and other stores. They did not provide Ageod or Matrix with the records for these, so your SNs are not recognized by the patch installer
These also include games sold to spanish players by FX; Matrix also has no records of these, so your SNs are also not recognized by the patch installer
Nevertheless, Matrix/Slitherine agreed to provide a solution for these cases: If you have bought your game via Paradox (Gamersgate, retail, etc), you should contact me by PM, providing your first and last name, your e-mail, what exactly are the games/DLCs you bought and have no valid SN, and a proof of purchase (a receipt, a pic of a box with the SN, etc). I will validate and compile a list and send it to Matrix, that will then issue for free Steam keys for your games/DLCs
The spanish players with FX editions can contact our esteemed arsan, that will post this info on the spanish subforum, too.
With the Steam keys you will be able to log into Steam and download and install a new fully functioning and updated to 1.05 version of your game/DLCs
