Year of the 4 Emperors victory bug...

I am playing a Pbem game of the Year of the 4 Emperors scenario, I am playing the Vitellius faction, it is turn 14 and I have just captured Rome by siege then storming when I breached the walls...
Then I got a victory screen telling me I have won the game by capturing Rome and I had gained control of all the forces of the Otho faction, the only problem was that my good Pbem opponent who was playing the Vespasianus faction also got a Victory screen telling him that had won the scenario. It also told him that the Otho faction had allied with him. He also said that his game crashed when he tried to access the map screen... I have attached all the relevant saves in a zip file, thanks :)
Just to say the game is great, I like all the little touches, it all combines to make the game feel Roman.
