Hello,

I wonder if anyone here can help me...I bought AJE a while ago (preorder), got a new PC last week and want to download to play it in the new machine. The site says that I now need to go to Matrixgames or Slitherine, create an account, activate the code and download from there. I created a matrix account but the activation code I got by email when I bought the game does not work. Am I doing something wrong?

If you bought AJE before Ageod was married with Slitherine, then you probably need a new key for that to work. Contact instead support@slitherine.co.uk, you can put me in copy also: pocus@ageod.net

the last 01/august/14, I sent an email to Slitherine support, and another for you to pocus@ageod.net so solve me the problem of the keys of the AJE preorder.

Slitherine support request me the key to the game of the preorder, and sent it to them. They showed me they were going to include it in the database, but today they have not done so. Regarding the scenario of Spartacus (include in preorder), the answer was that he had to wait for the 11/august/14 returning a person responsible for the matter that was on vacation.

Today, I have not had a response, and you have not even answered the mail that I sent to you.

El pasado 01/08/14, yo le mandé un correo al soporte de Slitherine, y otro a usted para que me resolvieran el problema de las claves del AJE preorden.

El soporte de Slitherine me solicito la clave del juego de la preorden, y se la envié a ellos. Me indicaron que iban a incluirlo en la base de datos, pero a dia de hoy no lo han hecho. Respecto al escenario de Espartaco la respuesta era que habia que esperar al 11/08/14 que regresaba una persona responsable de ese asunto que estaba de vacaciones
