1. How do you move your fleet to a coastal region and disembark the army transported on the fleet during the same turn?

2. If you use impedimenta units to build depots, do you eventually get new impedimenta units in your units recruitment pool, or they are lost forever?

1. Use the distant unload button on the special orders tab. The button tooltip explains how to do it.

2 Yes the wagons used for depots come back inmediately and you can recruit them again.
