A question about the Third Mithridatic War

I noticed that this scenario ends in 69 BC. As I know that the Third Mithridatic War ended in 63 BC, so why did you put the end of the scenario in 69 BC ?

Simply because the war would add the big armenian empire and in the same time, the war was over in Hispania. So what could do the Hispanian player during that time ?

Oh, I understand. I would have been very happy if you had done a scenario about all the Third Mithridatic War though
