I have been at war with Mithridates VI since 87 BC (Now 84) and, although I penetrated in his territory, no peace occurred.

This should be an option possible to accept or not , that can appear starting in March 86, if:
- Pontic and allies subunits in Europe (ie, in Macedonia/Grecia theaters) are equal or less than 10
AND
Pontus does not own ALL this regions: Chalcidis, Attica, Corinthia, Phoceum, Colophon, Pergamus and Cyzicus
If in your game these conditions are fulfilled and the option has not appeared, post a save and the scripts folder, please

Pontus still controls Phoceum, Colophon, Pergamus and Cyzicus...
What are you waiting for ?

So I have to conquer each of these cities ? What do you mean when you talk about "control" ?

Pontus must have lost military control of these regions.
So, yes, Sulla (or Marius) must conquer ALL these key regions before the peace of Dardanos complex chain of events start.

This time there is a bug, because I have satisfied all the requirements:

No bug, because Pontus has more than 10 elements in Greece (you can check for yourself, just load the Pontic side of your game)

Well, you are right. Since I couldn't achieve the Dardanos peace I conquered also Sinope, to be sure that Mithridates would asked me the peace; and the peace event happened, although I consider the requirements to achieve the peace too difficult. So I recommend you change them, in this way:
1-Instead to conquer Phoceum, Colophon, Cyzicus, we will have to conquer all Greece and Macedonia (all cities);
2-Pergamus remains a target, so we will have to conquer it. The fortification level changes from 1 to 2 though, to increase the difficulty of the siege;
3-In addition we will have to defeat all the Pontus armies, so there would be less than 10 elements in Greece (and/or Macedonia).
