BOR Official Patch 1.02b

Hi

Here, "at last", the official 1.02b patch for BOR, with many improvements and bug fixes:

NEW EXE
- Fix to NM gain/loss when objective cities are taken or loss
- Improvements in AI processing time
- Several fixes and improvements to AI agents
- Improvements in how unit combat strength is calculated
- Improvements in the way decisions work and how AI uses them, specially in sieges

UI
- Removal of the Build Fort and Raze Fort buttons (these orders cannot be issued in AJE)

SCENARIOS AND DB FIXES

Third Samnite War scenario
- Rule Sudden Death turned ON
- Fix to Roman Dictator option regeneration
- Small fix to event Conquest of Central Italy
- Fix to Pontius Minor appearance (only if Egnatius is dead)
- Improve conditions for Samnite AI be able to call Umbrians and Senones

Ager Gallicus scenario
- Etruria exercitus moved to Populonia (to avoid trigering of Dictator option)
- New option for SPQ faction: Deport prisoners (to gain VP)
- Vitricum region is now unlocked if the Insubrian support the Senones

Pyrhic Victories Scenario:
- Fix to Trouble in Epirus and Macedonia event (Pyrrhus now leaves alone but leaves his army behind led by Megacles)
- Fix to Roman Dictator option regeneration
- Fix to Fall of Agrigentum event (Sosistratus will go alone to Syracusae)
- Light Infantry ITL Replacements at start fixed.
- Display Issue for Carthage at War Event fixed
- Small fixes to locked/unlocked state of some regions in various events

All scenarios except FPW and Mercenary:
- Beneventum removed from the group of regions in which the presence of enemy units may trigger Roman Dictator option

First Punic War 264 BC and 256 BC scenarios:
- Fix to Roman Dictator option regeneration
- Option to sell prisoners added for both factions
- Significant reduction to availability of mercenary recruitment options for Carthage
- No replacements for Carthage mercenaries
- Correction to CAR Naval Trade Income event bug
- Correction to text errors in the Tanit Gift and Carthage port options texts
- Correction to Postumius Flaminem Mars event (the consul will go alone to Rome, fixed for 3 turns)
- Small fixes to locked/unlocked state of some regions in various events

First Punic War 264 BC scenario:
- Carthaginian army fixed in Africa. Will be unfixed if Carthage declares war to Numidians or in the event of a Roman Africa Invasion
- Improvements to SPQ AI reaction to loss of Sicily
- Corvus option will disappear if not taken and Caius Duilius is no longer consul
- Fix to abandonment of Corvus option

First Punic War 256 BC scenario
- Fix to Carthage declaration of War to Numidia option

Mercenary War scenario:
- Fix to text of the people's choice of commander event
- Fix to locked/unlocked state of Syracusae in Hiero's support events

Spartacus DLC scenario (if you have it):
- Small fix: Lilybaeum now unlocked if revolt extends to Sicily

GAMEPLAY

- NavalBase will speed up ShipRepair/ShipBuild (10 % more than Ports).
- Fix to Entrencher ability
- 3 New MapAlea added (SandStorm, Heat Wave and Mosquitoes)

As always this patch is comprehensive, meaning all previous patches changes are included.

It should be compatible with saved games, although many of the changes will not be effective.
