Just bought the game this morning and so far so good, trying to break it as we speak (my usual MO for first time plays of strategy titles), I was wondering if there's a physical manual available for BoR?

No, except the Spanish retail version (publisher is FX), there is only an electronic manual for the moment.

Thanks for the reply, was kind of hoping there was as I'm not the youngest gamer and reading pdf's on a monitor or tablet is getting to be a chore.
