In a Roman Civil War game, Caesar's forces have attacked Egypt. At the start of the game, Egyptians have locked forces in Alexandria, Memphis and Pelusium. Caesar's forces conquered Pelusium and are on their way to taking Memphis as well. I thought that all the Egyptian forces would unlock when one was attacked, but this doesn't seem to be the case. The forces will individually unlock when attacked, but forces in other cities stay locked. Is it supposed to work this way? Is an event required to unlock the Egyptian forces?

I believe no event was made of an invasion of Egypt directly by Caesar outside of Alexandria (which would unlock all Lagids if done there) ... an oversight. Good point

Thank you for looking into the matter. Maybe this can be added to a future patch. In the mean time, it looks like I'll have to ship in some legions to clean up the mess.
