Serial key

Where do I find this key when bought and downloaded from Ageod? It is not in the "my keys" menu or in my invoice?

Please recheck your emails , including junk box.

Your serial key should be in.

It is not in my junk box either. The only email I got is the receipt from paypal. I am missing the key for both the Alea Jacta Est and Birth of Rome games.

I don't remember the exact location because I don't spend a lot of time there, but I do recall being perplexed by this same issue for about one minute after I bought the game.

If you poke around in the Ageod purchase section after you've logged in to buy something, it's in there somewhere. The location isn't obvious and the design could be better, but the trick is to not log out after you purchase and download. Don't remember what page it's on, but I think it was towards the front. I had no trouble finding it after I took a deep breath.

I really cant find it anywhere. I have looked through every menu there is, but still no signs of it :confused:

You did receive an email though? In case of further trouble, you can probably contact directly the website through the contact us form.

I only recieved the email from paypal nothing else. I have sent a message with the contact form yesterday, but thought it would be faster to solve it here.

I sent an email to Thibaut and he sent me back the serial key for BOR; I was having the same problem as you.

I had this exact same problem when I purchased BoR. I didnt receive a confirmation email and it wasn't under the "my keys" tab. I logged into the website on a different computer and found it under "my keys", however, when i tried it again on my home computer that i purchased the game on I couldnt find it. Very wierd.

They have sent it to my email now so problem solved. But still looking for Birth of Rome players for PBEM...
