Problems Sertorius new Patch

Hi!

Thanks for the patch, just tried the Sertorius-scenario, as usual as Rome :) The gameplay improved a lot, Rome faces superior enemies in Spain. Sertorius is stronger in numbers and has high quality, but still Rome may win battles, if all goes well :) Very tense. Three problems I'd like to mention:

* Yes, it was said a thousand times: 1000 dead romans may mean a lost battle and a lost NM. But it's still sometimes ridiculos and should be improved imo (of course the enemy had left the battlefield and I've lost less than 1000 men).

* activated troops denied a march-order three times in a row (Thessalonike was sieged, a strong army in the next province, lead by an activated general, denied a red/red order to relieve the siege. How can that be?) Same to the KI: Sertorius moved to a province without a town and stayed there for four or five month.

* this army has no siege-units or locked units - still it takes 3000 days :D

your cohesion is running out before the troops can enter the other province, thus it goes to "indefinite", but the engine can not tell you: STOP! it tells you a high number
three units have cohesion nearly down to zero already

not sure, is you second commander, the Roman the one who actually gives movement penalty?

yes, but situation differs. here you fight tribes and 14 elements of worthless militia , he has also Romans and they will win over you in the same situation. i even had him winning battles using garrisons, Romans and few tribes only. his main stack.

if it happens again, please provide a saved game. are you aware of Ageods way to block troops, this happens independent of active commanders etc.
the AI however works on certain levels of aggression, which is reduced in winter. the Ai will tend to block you by hanging around and suddenly start a offensive by moving away.

its the event of WINTER QUARTERS turnindex 10 and 3 (october and march by monthly turns), would match to your observation

I will look for the patch. Is this wholesome for a PBEM already half through?
