Hi,

usually i don't mind of italian translation in games, often they are wrong and sometimes they bring you to misleading meaning of parameters or events.

Anyway i see that the italian translation seems to be ready, as language=5 but main menu graphics button are missing so if i set third language=5 i got a blank main menu.
Ok, perhaps i can duplicate main menu buttons for a language and rename them adding IT in the end.

Why there's not an official italian language option even if the italian translation seems ready or at least 95% ready ?

Sorry, there is no Italian (or Russian) translation in AJE, yet.

Yep i know there's no official translation...but i was guessing why i see it in localstrings* files in path-to-Alea Jacta Est\AJE\Settings

That's just a "handle", common to the core Ageod engine, that is used for some games, but not in AJE, sorry.

In AJE we have only specific texts in 4 languages: English, French (made by Ageod and AJE teams) and Spanish and German (made by beta volunteers - a work of many months, as we are talking of more than 11.000 excel cells, with many more lines of text...).
All "italian" cells are however empty in AJE

Yes, it's being done (I think it's almost totally done, really)
