preorder download

I preordered on 9/9/12 but could'nt get it d/l now that it has been released i found i can't d/l i keep getting a message stating"product does not exist in our store".
i realize that the preorder version link in my email is for a product that technically does'nt exist but i should be able to get the file nonetheless.
How do i get what i paid for?
I found a similar problem in tech support but can't email to the link it takes me to windows live mail and it won't send says there is an error but does'nt say what it is.
My yahoo mail won't send it I get a email from mailer stating contact has no mailbox and it failed.
