in the Marius vs Sulla campaign, I took Rome from the Optimates. I then tried to use the proscriptions discision, but it doesnt seem to fire. According to the tooltip, I should have more than enough resources to use it. Is there something I'm missing here?

how high was your national moral?
if i remember right there is a limit.
you will get used to the concept, having resources doesnt matter, if you play well enough, you simply cannot use some handy helpers.
EDIT:
if you violate the limits in which it would give you any bonus, it is shown in the folder but resets itself to not chosen while turn processing
only used up option disappear, not options which cant be used

I had to use it twice. The first turn it didn't work but it worked afterwards. I met the criteria on both turns as far as I know.

My NM was fairly high (118) so that could be the reason it didnt work. Thats ok, I just didnt know this (and the discription doesnt mention this either).

Yes, conditions for Proscriptions to work are:
-
Own Rome
- NM <= 110
- EP >= 15
Unfortunately the way options work, they will usually show (the first time, not in regenerations) and are "selectable" even if you do not meet the requirements. Almost all tooltips try to explain that, but Proscriptions passed "below the radar", sorry.
Tooltip correction added to the ToDo list for first patch
Thanks
