Always false command texts.

The tutorial is good, but the game is false (and then unpleasant as we can't understand):
Please correct the LocalStrings__AGE file:
. Maximum Command: (% Penalty: ) has to be Provided Command (%P)
. Command Usage: has to be Required Command:

SVP corrigez aussi (surtout..) la VF:
. Remplacer Maximum par Pourvu, et
. Remplacer Utilisé par Requis
I already had sent the correction one year ago (with the good french translation), but I don't know why it has not been used.
