After downloading and installing the patch, you will have to unzip the hotfix zip archive and place the file RGDAI.sct in the RUS/Events directory and the RUS.exe in the Revolution Under Siege directory
Sorry for this ( provisional) unconveniance

In short fixed bugs and raised cost of PartialMobilization and MoreMoney options for balance purpose. Sorry for lack of a full list, which should be back with the definitive 1.01 patch, RC3 being hopefully the last step before this.

It is in the file RUS updates.rtf
By the way, still no new leaders pics even though it is included in the list?

Actually there are a
dozen new leader graphics in the patch. The RUS artist did a beautiful job on them.
On top of that there are severel amazing new troop graphics (mostly White).
However, here is the problem: they don't work because the
folder structure of the patch seems screwed up.
For example: The new troop and leader graphics are in "RUS\Graphics\Units"
when they should be in "RUS\Graphics\Units\Leader Units" or "RUS\Graphics\Units\Land Units" respectively. The same thing happened in the "Armies&Fleets" folder.
At least that would be my guess. Hope I am not wrong here.

I've updated the hotfix file in the first post of the thread with the right RUS.exe to place in the Revolution Under Siege directory; we have yet to learn about patching release process, I fear

. Sorry

Not to worry Clovis, needed replacement tooltip with missing hitpoints of units is great addition to the engine, thanks to you and the team
and is it ok to move some graphics to RUS\Graphics\Units\Land Units or leader folder?

yes. worked with my version of the patch

.We will put a real RC3.5 soon

( then a 3.75 if some files are directly created in the bin, who knows?

)

Possible bug : information about command points (command usage and maximum command) seems to have disappeared from the tooltip when hovering the mouse over the "enveloppe" icon.
I have a couple questions about the new information available in the reinforcement screen (excellent job on that one by the way :thumbsup

: The "hits missing" take into account the units currently being formed, correct ? (This isn't a criticism in any way, just want to make sure I understand how it works).
Second, some of these figures have their numbers in red, followed by an exclamation point, what does that mean exactly ?

"Comment CalcScriptAllLegitOwned out please" dialogue box appears at the beginning of AI calculation, at the end of AI, and at the end of turn execution, each turn. If you click "OK", execution continues apparently normally.

Download the hotfix in the first post of the thread, as it has the right version of the RUS.exe.

Yes, you are right
It also happens in
Graphics\Units\Portraits
Also there is a Army_CMN_75mmMon.png? I do not see why the game already has 77 and the graphic seems the same?
Closvis, the date of the hotfix .exe is anterior to the one included in the patch
Also there is a BAK folder in frontend
