The fix will lower the occurences of AI Red declarations of war on Baltic States, Finland, Georgia, Azebaïdjan and Armenia...
Zip file is made of 2 files: the original one, to use to revert back in case of trouble and the new one, which must be unzipped in the Rus/events directory.
