You have a basic manual already in your game installation here : .../Program Files/Revolution under Siege/Docs/RUS_Manual_ENG_v1.0.pdf
But if you update the game (e.g. with the patch 103a), you will need to read also all the rules' evolutions from the first version. The list of the updates are in this file : .../Program Files/Revolution under Siege/RUS Updates.rtf
There is also a project to put the updated manuals online on the wiki, but it is still a work in progress for volunteers : http://www.ageod.net/agewiki/A_RUS_community_documentation

I would like to contribute to the agewiki but it is has been locked to new contributors. How can I get registered on the agewiki?

Age Wiki is more or less helpful about understanding combat mechanics but in order to understand fully I have a hope that someone (without much decipher of engine ) translate battle logs from sumerian language to English.

It would be good to know how the pursuit,troops quality, battle effects come in to shape and most importantly how battle abilities such as master of defense, discipline, insurrection ability working.

Why are you considering someone looking for the manual a pirate? Just maybe he does as I and puts a copy of the manual on a tablet for use while playing the game.
