I'm playing the DNO scenario as the Germans/Ukrainians and am unsure how to maximize my naval assets and my military advisors. What do you do to maximize Atlantic commerce? Why aren't my German advisors training Ukrainian units when stacked with them? Any tips here would be greatly appreciated. These issues don't seem to be documented well. Thank you ahead of time.

Training unit ability trains only the same nationality units. So Germans can't train Ukrainians or vice versa.
Germans/Austrians have many and can have even more units with training ability. Build them fast and use to upgrade German/Austrain conscripts/reserve infantry corps to regular units. Do it on backyard regions as this only works when units do not move.
