Hi All,

I am sieging the Reds in Tsaritsyn as the Western Whites. Since Tsaritsyn is a port, it will be receiving supplies.
Is there a limit to the amount of supply Tsaritsyn can receive per turn through the river route?

The force in Tsaritsyn is 600+ PWR and I don't think I can successfully assault it. Any chance to starve the city?

You are correct that Tsaritsyn is hard to siege as it is a port. If you cannot bring a fleet down from the north to blockade, my preferred support, use the British fleet to take Astrakhan. If I remember right, some of this fleet can then move up the river to Tsaritsyn.
