You mean, adding it as a mod in this scenario, I guess. Just to precise, be sure about your question, for others to answer, if any.

You should consider the AGEOD/AGE community as a whole then, i.e appreciate several games and browse several forums.

No, not exactly that, but for example exporting the "Changeunitpool" thing from other scenarios where Ukraine is included to the Polish-Soviet one to have some fun with them.
