Password Problem

I have RUS gold on steam. When I click on the 'Load' button in the menu it asks me for a password. Whatever I put there crashes the game. What password are they expecting???? This is gamebreaking.

The only passwords are in pbem games, if it is made by the players. So, ask your mates.
There is the serial number too (which is a different thing), that you should have received while buying the game.
Maybe see in the end of your General.opt file, in the \RUS\Settings folder of the game, they are clear written here.
Or maybe this is a Steam feature, so ask in the DRM forum (don't buy at Steam' to minimize those problems).
