The turkestan army is given to the Reds at the begining of the great campaign, but at half force.
How can i renforce this army ? There is no buyable Turmen infantry in the renforcement pool...

These are simply a different "flavor" of RED forces.

Normal RED Replacements will work for them.

Remember the rules for gaining strength [city size, depots, etc], plus they will compete with all RED forces to add strength...

To add to what Lodilefty said,

Setting their ROE to Green/Green will give the depleted units a higher priority for troop replacements than other units.
