I played this mod twice (for Reds and Siberians), both times I "won" this date without fullfiling of any victory condition (event "Victory!"). Futher more, in the Siberian game my NM was 45 (the enemy's - 87) and I hardly held at Perm-Ufa--Orenburg line.
While playing vanilla I didn't face this problem.
Had anybody got such experience and how can I solve this problem?

I've never gave a crap about the "Victory message" in Ageod games. After so many turns, you should know if you won or not. That being said, It shouldn't happen in 1920. I think the normal end date is Jan 1922? The FY author has a website and a support address. I'm sure he could help you if there is an actual glitch in his mod.
