Greetings to evetybody! First, I'd like to thank AGEOD for excellent game about our Civil war - it's especialy interesting to play after reading Denikin's memoirs :) . Then, sorry for my English (I'm Russian)
Now my first questions:
1) Can I get EP somehow withiout winning battles? Last turns situation on the front is dificult (Siberian Whites/ GC / FY mod), I have permanently 0 EP? so I can,t get most decisions (F3-F6), because they demand EP.
2) What's railway influenct on supply destribution distance? And how many railway points should I have to use railway for supply destribution?

Hi,

All factions receive a small amount of engagement points per turn depending on the cities they control. Admittedly both the southern whites and siberian whites get very few EP early in the grand campaign.

Railway points move supply long distances from depot to depot along your controlled rail lines. As the Reds and Siberian Whites I find this supply movement to be critical. That being said one hundred spare rail points at the end of most turns will keep your supply system working. I do tend to build one rail expansion with the white factions and two rail expansions with the Red faction.

Whites "didn't want to take political decisions" (beside continueing Russia as before the socialist power), so they cost much for them, or for less result.

Siberian Whites are the hardest faction to play as with FY. I'd stick with the other 2 until you get the hang of things. He's still doing some balancing with the EP/NM numbers for the Sibs.

And what's this distance? Should I build depots in Transsiberian railway?

Yes and no
Building depot on the Transsiberian will logically improve the trafic.
But I personnaly do not this anymore there is no really need
