Just Got It -- Opponent Finder?

Just purchased RUS. Have been interested in games\simulations dealing with the Russian Revolution for years.
I want to play thru the game solitaire first, but after getting a feel for the system hopefully jump into PBEM. Does the Ageod forums have any sort of opponent finder thingy?
