So...each time you use the Special Operation option to raise more money (once a year ?) you get 5% inflation.
Is it 5%/year ? Does it mean you lose 0.208% of your treasury per turn ? (if you divide 5% by the 24 turns of 2 weeks)

Just curious...

If it works as in others AGE engine game, then it is a 5% increase on all the money you spend.
