What is the effect of subversion?

Does subversion raise loyalty to Reds directly or is it like the reverse effect of a Requisition, decreasing support of the Whites and distributing the lost loyalty points among the factions in proportion to their existing strength? Or does it increase Green loyalty? I can't tell from observing the results since I don't control those provinces...

As far as I have recognized the subversion seems to reduce the loyalty to the other factions.
Look especially on the Sevastopol province and look there how loyalty slightly increases for the Siberian or the Reds if you influence nothing. You can now influence that in a better way than before and you can increase the loyalty to your advantage up to around 40% and with the full MC you must be able to recruit troops there.

I really hope it does not !!!

If so, how players could get some RED loyalty in the areas in Siberia or Oural were the game start with a 100% loyalty to the Whites !?

Don't cause a slight terror like this guys... it's not good for my brain :

After a test, Subversion GIVE you around 10% loyalty, even if you don't have any loyalty in the area before... http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/terror
