How to Cancel Unit Construction?

Once you've dragged and dropped a unit from the build panel to the map... is it possible to drag and drop it back?

Noticed that too. It's no biggie, but it speaks against the principle of simultaneous turns.

yes, that's a problem I think, It shouldn't be hard to correct in a patch.
