"Free" reinforcements

Seeing as how a lot of units seem to arrive at historical dates, throughout the different scenarios, I was wondering if there is some way to know ahead of time who will arrive where, and when? Is there some document that lists these arrivals, like in AACW?

Not at the moment, no.
And some reinforcements have a probability to happen, but may not happen.
But feel free to start one !
