Hi,

unfortunately, some people have pre-ordered and didn't receive a key. First thing first: Please verify the email with the key didn't get in the spam folder of your mailbox. This happens much more often that you would want to.

Second, after you have verified it's not in your spam folder, if you pre-order and didn't receive a key at all, please post in this thread.

Tell us also if it was the same address email as the one you use to register on this forum or not. Don't post it, just tell us:

- "Same email address than the forum" or "Different email address than the forum"

Some people have received their keys, some people not.

Again, apologies for this, we are trying to correct the situation.

I did not get the key either, and the email is the same as on the forum.

No key, same email.

I am investigating the matter with Nexway (I am handling the commercial part on behalf of AGEOD here). Sorry about this, will solve it soon.

we have been told all the emails will be sent again.

If at 15:00 you still haven't received it, tell us please.

Ditto for me. Same email as forum. I received the other two emails for the invoice and the notification without issue.

Same here, no email as yet, I use a different email than my default here on the the forums... I will wait to 15:00 and see if my email arrives, looking forward to getting into the game

It's 13:47 in Western Europe. I know, I know, we're ahead one hour.

Nothing yet... Probably depends on which time they are working by. Its coming up to 13.00 hours in the UK
