If we can capture Lenin will we be able to rescue the Czar and restore the Monarchy?

Nope, the Czar will die anyway. It would be to complicated to imagine a "what if restoration".

By the way, don't forget that, during the February Revolution, it was the MILITARY that dismiss the Czar. It was general Alexeiev & Kornilov, the future white leaders, that asked him to abdicate to "save Russia" and thus that destroyed the Romanov dynasty. In the end, the white leaders were not fighting to restore the Monarchy and did not believe in it anymore (with few exceptions, maybe Wrangel)

Many of the white generals wouldn't have objected starting a new dynasty though

Nikolay II didn't end the monarchy, he advocated to his son Alexi, but Alexi's sickness made him unfit so it was passed to Nikolay II's brother Mikhail, who was named Emperor Mikhail II, but he refused the crown and it was he who signed away the monarchy and ended it.
