And I may be mistaking the scenarios when I suggest this...

But how about a limited theater of war, what if scenario, like a Prussia Vs Austria without the rest butting in? Or would Austria be too overmatched? I get too bogged down in all the different generals and units, especially over several different nations and allies.

I would be really happy with some "local" what-if scenario / campaign lets say two years war between Austria and Prussia ...

If I knew how to do any of that, I'd definitely try it, but unfortunately, I never learned how to program. I blame a HS teacher who was not supportive.

If I ever get some time, I might give it a try. I want to "turn off" basically, maybe the West, East, and North and have the Prussians go directly against the Austrians. That may be overbalanced to the Prussians, though, so maybe add some extras from the French or Russian forces that for whatever reason were "lent" to the Austrians.

Or maybe a beefed up Saxony scenario in which the Prussians have to move South and take Prag, too.

I think the best way for me to achieve what I desire is to use the Fall of Saxony as my starting point since it has all the map I want.

Then add units as needed and change the length and objectives.

Does that mean the game files, because I have them.
