No manual

i've bought and downloaded the game but there was nothing when i tried to download the french manual... Where can i find it? please 
It should be on you game instalation folder, on the AGEOD\Rise of Prussia\Docs subfolder
But if its not there, you can find download links for all manuals in the bottom of the main forum page.
