Problem running turn

In a PBEM game when trying to advance the turn, the turn does not advance but instead displays the message “save completed”. Does anyone know what the problem is and how it can corrected? I’ve never seen this happen before.

My guess is your display is just a bit off the positioning of the actual run turn. That is why it is saying 'save complete'' You should be able to just click around and it will go.
The cntl F9 keys will also advance the turn.

I have this same problem and the solution does not work.
I have tried both Steam and non-Steam versions. No luck.
