I have been playing four player ROP since its appearance with the same group of players. As we have rotated the hosting duties, we have found that only one player's game does not have issues with either Russian entry or the Russian units appearing in Austria's file. Can someone point me to the relevant files so the player with the clean install can share the correct files with the other members of the group?
Everyone is in the latest patch.

Hun, no ideas at all??

Been a while since I played this unfortunately, but looking at the threads in the RoP mods forum, it looks like the 4 player version was released with the RoP Gold version of the game. There is a fix for a Memel issue in Bohemonds thread http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?34104-ROP-Gold-mods.
Don't know if this is any help, you've probably checked all this already
