POWs and conscripts

How much of the prisoners taken are converted to conscripts if any?
I just captured bulk of an enemy corps and some other formations, total of 10-15.000 prisoners and i dont see any difference.
I also noticed you dont get much Engagement Points for that amount either but im not sure if you are even suppose to.
