When do these guys appear or do i have to buy them in a lottery?

From the Update PDF

* Added PRU Freikorps leader Carl Guichard (+ improve F.Kleist, currently undervalued)
* Added PRU artillery expert Colonel Von Moller (to arrive embedded with the first Brummers guns)

Both seem valuable so i could use them right away.

I have Brummers already so is there some change with this.. :confused:

Yeah, I'm fairly certain they don't appear. Check the events?

Didnt find from events but they are in the models, im not good at looking the files, i will just keep buying generals in the lottery. :bonk:
