New patch question about something...

As Prussia, I am now getting a message that I am not sure, but might have first seen in PON. XXXX amount of supply distributed overseas from Nordsea shipping lane. I doubt that is the exact message, but I'm not in game right now to check it out.
What is this doing for me? I would hope it is supplying some supply to Koenigsberg? And other sea ports? Please tell me that is what is happening, because I would be overjoyed with that.

It does nothing.
As you say, it's a 'side-effect' of PON.
Probably won't be addressed anytime soon....

I was under impression that I was receiving supplies in Königsberg but maybe I was wrong. Probably

You are, but IIRC there is no message to tell you. You must look in your !HostLog.txt to see the benefits of that..
The message discussed here is a PON Commerce notification...
