Hannoverian general?

Hi. I am playing with 1.03 release candidate 3, but I don't think it's a bug related to the release.

In turn 3 of the 1756 campaign - playing as Prussia - I used the "Get a Hannoverian General" option.
The following turn I was told that he has appeared. (not his name through).

I looked through the Hannoverian stacks as well as through my own, and he is nowhere.

My question is: will he appear once Hannover enters the war? If not, could you please make that option unavailable at the start?

Thanks.

He will appear when the Hannover becomes available for movement (a turn or two after the hannoverian troops get unfixed).
