Poor sanitation event

This has been discussed elsewhere but I think probably forgotten by now. ;)
The poor sanitation event needs to have some variety in the way it picks which stack to hit. By always hitting the largest it is open to gamey avoiding tactics. It was mentioned that it would be better to have it hit the largest army in a random region rather than just the largest army.
Any chance that this can be implemented for the next patch?

It will need some reworking of the event, like splitting it into different regions, but people who know the event syntax can still find ways to oppose it...I'll work out some proposal

This still needs to be changed. :)

Playing as Austria with 1.03beta, RC4, long campaign, I have found that this a safe event for the Austrian coalition. After the Reischarmee has unlocked and been organised it will always hit the locked stack in Ungarn which has a command useage of 42 and which has very few elite units in it. This is not a problem playing as Austria as I always seem to have plenty of regular replacements to hand. This event only really punishes Prussia as they have a real shortage of replacements, especially elite ones. If you are playing as Prussia against the AI then it doesn't matter so much, but against a human player it could be a real problem
It does need to be changed so that it hits a random stack.
Couldn't it use the same criteria that the typhus event uses to pick a target?
Or abandon it altogether? Typhus and "poor sanitation" are both the same thing aren't they?

I've played once as Prussia. And I never had too many shortages of replacement as I used every depot unit I could built (but for elite or cavalry). Those units are gold for Frederick and should be built as fast as they appears to keep the bulk of prussian armies alive.

Any chance of this being reworked for the next patch? :)

Not likely, :(
...unless someone puts it together soonly...
