Is there a broken movement link between Rokitzan and Pisek (the two regions between Pilsen and Tabor in Bohemia)? I can't seem to get troops to move from one to the other.

Does not seem so, unless the link number is erroneous, which is not the case

I made a quick re-work of the links. Try those files (to put in GameData/Regions) and see what it does
