Can i send my stack to intercept an enemy stack if both stacks are beginning the turn in the same province? Interception is great because the unit follows the target around. But it seems silly just because I start in the same province I can't do it, I have to be targeting it from another province. Is there a way to intecept if starting in the same province as a potential target?

No that's not possible sorry, and anyway the interception order cancels itself when you reach the same region as your target. You are supposed to battle it anyway...
