Sirs,
I bought RoP yesterday directly from AGEOD pages ... but still do not have it. For all I paid by PayPal, I did not receive download link, but following email. Can anybody explain what is it? Can anybody else steal my identity and/or use my PayPal account?

I have checked this and it is not an automated response, but a hand-written mail sent by their sales administration team.

It looks that their anti-fraud system has elements missing or that it can't verify with your order, so they need to obtain confirmation from you as requested in their mail.

This happens sometimes with PayPal.

Can you do that? If so, the order will be proceeded immediately upon receipt of the required elements.

Well, I suppose that each country / company has it's own regulation and rules regarding PayPal... just answer their mail request and that should be enough.

I remember that I have been using PayPal for years and suddenly last year they froze everything and asked me to supply a scanned copy of my Passport and a proof of residence...just because of some new EU regulation :(

Hmm ... I answered immediately, but still do not have any response. So must wait ...

Well, as soon as you have mailed them the scan of your ID, this should be OK. Don't forget, if you are not based in Europe, that business hours will close in 3 hours from now :D

Well, it looks like the email comes from Nexway, the company behind the AGEOD Webshop... so, yes, it looks real.
Have you used your PayPal account lately?...

But when was the last time you've used it? a month ago?... maybe it is like PhilT says, some new (recent) regulation inside the EU. :bonk: ;)
