Small Leader modifications not possible??

Dear fellows, in all the games before ROP like WIA or AACW I could change the leader model data file in terms of Strategy-Offensive-Defensive and Seniority and Abilites, but as I tried that in ROP vers.1.01e( Beta) my changes was nevertheless not shown in the leader data and stayed unchanged. :bonk:
Is that WAD or something else?? It would be very nice if I could do that for my personal behalf and interest like in my prefered Ageod games before.
Can you give me some help...?

greetings

edit: beside my special wishes is ROP a wonderful game...

Dear fellows, I think I found the reason because I could not change the leader data like before because you introduced a new file in the models folder called "models.cached" where I found the figures for the strategic terms for Frederic. But where could I change the seniority or the the abilities?
I assume that the seniority term is two fields before the strategy term, but the abilities seems to be crypted as cyphers and I have no knowledge now where I have to look for.
I want to give for example Henry of Prussia a better seniority rating and some abilities like Master of Defense aka Defensive_Terrain_Analyst or additionally Entrencher or Defensive_Commander and Strong_Morale and Strong_Discipline.
Henry of Prussia was the only General in Frederics Army who never lost a battle against his enemies and had not the high casualties like his elder brother the king. His elder brother even dislikes him sometimes because of his successes. So I think that Henry is heavily underrated and should have a rating like 6-5-5 or 6-4-5 and some good abilities.
He had the last decisive battle of the War at Freiberg which got Saxony to the Prussians. He seemed to use often the terrain to his favor and had a better reconaissance quote than his elder brother who often opened battle with little or poor recon.
Sofar my personal opinion about prussian leaders...
