I apologize if the answer is in front of me but I searched and couldn't find it. There are many regions (I am Prussia) into which my Prussian armies cannot move. The pop-up states that the "region is neutral and cannot be entered". Now, am I correct in assuming that I can move into the Swedish controlled region for example (now neutral) once an event occurs where Sweden enters the war? Basically, do I have to wait for nations to historically enter the war before I can move into those regions?

Also, will I ever be able to move Prussian units into allied regions like Hannover?...as of Nov 1756, I cannot. Am I stuck using Hannoverian units to fight the french for example.

Yes, most of the regions become playable as other nations enter the war. You just have to wait.
