When I go to my Foreign Ministry scree (F9) I see my national flag on both sides of the screen. It appears under both my monarch's photo AND the photo of the monarch of the opposing nation.

Additionally the graphic for the various treaty types is always a simple scroll, as opposed to a "fancy" graphic that varies with proposed treaty type.

Any ideas why this may be?

Nope, no idea, but a guess. You are either not running as and administrator or allowing enough memory to the game. It is a display issue, maybe update your graphics!!

I'm don't know how to run as an administrator. Is that a PON setting or a computer setting?

I see that this issue has been corrected under patch 1.04.5.
