When I see a supply number string in a region, what do the numbers actually indicate?

Example:

Supply Stock: 19 (+0) / 7 (+6)

I'll double check next time I have the game open but if I recall the first two are general supply and the second two are ammunition.

The first number of each pair is the in-province stock and the second is what has arrived that turn. So in your eg 6 ammo units arrived taking the in-province total to 7.
