Wrong image or tooltip text in interface

These are from the Grand Campaign in 1.043.
The screen is in military mode. Either the graphics are wrong or the tooltip is wrong.
If you put the tooltip over a picture of a train, the text talks about riverine pool points.
If you put the tooltip over a picture of ammunition, it talks about the rail pool.
