I Don't know but maybe 1880 campaign are not fully completed / without bugs, but this is not my first big one here.
Are there any solutions for this?
Napoleon still the president in 1882...

Indeed, a quite interesting (and stupid) oversight...it should be Jules Grévy as President (Jules Ferry was indeed 'premier', i.e. président du conseil, but not before 23/09 and therefore the title should go to Charles de Freycinet)

Will need fixing during a next patch, it can't be changed on the fly easily now. Thanks for spotting
